Global Infrastructure Finance & Development Authority, Inc. (GIFDA) is an economic development engine that is organized for the purpose of financing, acquisition, construction, operation, management, and maintenance of high-speed rail systems for passenger and freight transportation within certain, but not limited to, rail corridors and other transportation services.  Its objective is to be the funder via tax-exempt or taxable bond offers for the private or publicly traded companies that create 10 or more jobs and/or are companies or organization(s) that have economic, social, health, and welfare, scholarly impact on the public, related and/or non-related companies worldwide
and throughout the United States of America.

 

We finance the operations of private, public, and government standalone projects including PPP projects, our specialty is transportation and global infrastructure-related undertakings, such as water, sewer, energy/utility plants, broadband Internet projects, power grid projects, cell towers and telecommunications projects, natural gas pipelines, petroleum pipelines, petroleum farms, distribution facilities, and similar transportation, and infrastructure projects, as well as other related ancillary projects including housing projects worldwide and throughout the United States of America.
