Lenny has previously served on the Board of Directors of Barclays Government Securities, Inc., Barclays Cater
Allen, Ltd., McDonald Investments, Inc., The Microcap Fund, and The Bond Market Association. He also holds
Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses with ParkCity Capital Inc., a Pennsylvania broker-dealer.
Working in industry for almost 50 years Lenny has both corporate finance and capital markets experience. He
spent 5 years at Citibank in corporate finance, advisory, and M&A. He was Managing Director at Lehman Brothers
responsible for global securities finance and liquidity. At Barclays Capital Lenny was President of Barclays Securities (US) and was responsible for global securities finance across multiple products and multiple currencies and served on the Bank’s US and UK ALCO committees. He later became head of Fixed Income trading, sales, underwriting, and research for KeyBank/McDonald Investments. Subsequently, he co-founded both Wildwood Capital, a corporate advisory firm, and Invictus Group LLC, a bank consulting and M&A firm.
Lenny is an experienced entrepreneur and senior manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in the banking and securities industry. He has spoken at numerous conferences in the US, Europe, and Asia on credit and liquidity topics. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Lenny is a proud member of InfraGard, a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and members of the private sector for the protection of U.S. Critical Infrastructure. Through seamless collaboration, InfraGard connects owners and operators within critical infrastructure to the FBI, to provide education, information sharing, networking, and workshops on emerging technologies and threats. InfraGard’s membership includes business executives, entrepreneurs, lawyers, security personnel, military and government officials, IT professionals, academia, and state and local law enforcement - all dedicated to contributing industry-specific insight and advancing national security.
