With over 30 years in the corporate real estate development industry, holding several positions as a board member for various specifically related corporations, Herb has master-planned large-scale communities, including all aspects of infrastructure, resort destinations, retirement /age-in-place communities, commercial, industrial, and marine projects in multiple corporate executive positions including the restructuring of Financially challenged corporations, which has given him a very well rounded dynamic career.  Herb has also planned and built all aspects of destination infrastructure, including all deep and shallow utilities, wastewater treatment facilities, consumer water facilities, telecommunications networks, natural gas infrastructure, master-planned, developed, built, sold, and managed several large-scale projects throughout North America.  Herb's diverse knowledge In the industry adds significant value and reduces possible risks often seen in related opportunities.

Herb holds a Master's degree in Project Management from York University Schulich School of Business and a Master's Planning Degree from Urban Development Institute (UDI).  Herb is also a Structural and Civil Engineering Technician from Camosun College and the University of Victoria (UVIC).  Herb is PMP Certified and Gold Seal Certified from the Canadian Homebuilders Association.
